Sarenza shoe Ambassador – Living in shoe heaven
Trying to choose just one pair of shoes from Sarenza is like choosing your favourite choccy from the box of Celebrations, there’s just so many varieties, how can you pick just one? But just occasionally your eyes gaze upon a mystical object of sheer gorgeousness, and you fall deeply in LUST. And that is how I feel about my choice. These are little beauties, Burlesque Beauty to give them their full title. As you might have guessed from the gorgeously pretty yet quirky design, these are from Irregular Choice. I love them for so many reasons – for the name ‘Burlesque Beauty’ which just evokes images of the glamour of Dita…

Cote D’Azur styling from Boohoo
I have to be totally honest, I’ve not always been a big fan of Boohoo.com. I’ve always found the prices to be reasonable, but always felt that the clothes and styling was just a little bit, well, young for me. So I was more than presently surprised when I received some images of the latest collection Monte Carlo, because there were so many things that I was frankly dying to buy. It was elegant rather than revealing. It was unusual in that it actually had sleeves and was of a demure length. And, of course, it stood out for the colour, that most bubblegum of pinks! Pink is a much maligned colour that could be about to embark on a bit of a comeback tour. Traditionally associated with the most girlie of girls, like Elle Woods…

Terry De Havilland shines at Sarenza
Hi shoes have been beloved by the coolest of celebrities for more than 40 years. He’s known as the Rock and Roll Cobbler, and, in 1972, he created the now iconic Margaux wedge, a shoe so beautiful that Kate Moss is still wearing it 40 years later. He is Terry De Haviland, and his new shoe collection is now available at Sarenza. This is an amazing collection of must-have shoes that stay close to Terry’s rock and roll roots. The Margaux is still there, of course, but we are also introduced to some brand new designs, which give more than a passing glance to the 1970s heyday of glam rock.…

Next embraces the Year of the Wedge.
Kate Middleton wears them, Pippa wears them, Kate Moss and Samantha Cameron wear them. They have been fashionable in almost every decade since the 1930s. And now I declare that 2012 will be the year of the wedge. Yes wedge heels will be with us in a big way, and it all starts now. Next have just launched their Spring/Summer catalogue which contains wedges of all varieties, from the raffia and straw sandal, to the modern city wedges that are the perfect work shoe.
