Last night’s Oscars is destined to be remembered for all the wrong reasons, namely a slap from Will Smith aimed squarely at host Chris Rock. This is probably apt, because for the first proper Oscar red carpet since the pandemic, it really wasn’t much to shout home about fashion wise. A lot of the big hitters were missing from the carpet – no Anglina, no Gwyneth, no JLo, No Cate, and this meant a lack of style.
