    The days when the BAFTA’s were an also-ran awards ceremony have long since gone.     Every year on January 1st, people set themselves resolutions for things that they would like to achieve in the coming year. Most of these resolutions only last a couple of weeks before they are broken, or forgotten, and most of these goals are never realised.
