    Out of all the press days I attend, the Debenhams Press event is always one of my absolute faves, and one I try hard not to miss. It is always a glamorous occasion, held in a sumptuous, beautiful venue, and the clothes on display are full of pieces that you instantly fall in love with. With some of these pieces due to start hitting the stores and online very soon, now is the perfect time to look ahead to what we will be wearing this Autumn/Winter.     Flax PR Press Day

    The Flax PR Autumn/Winter press day was a real treat for those who love great quality fashion and beauty. The PR company represents brands like Petit Bateau, Helen Moore and Cabbage and Roses, and the press day was the perfect showcase for classic, luxury brands. There were innovative raincoats from Terra New York, in beautiful bright colours. Petit Bateau made me fall in love with the printed peg trousers, perfect when teamed with block coloured quilted sweatshirts and tops.     Boohoo Autumn Preview – and an array of Summer maxi dresses

    The Boohoo.com preview for Autumn/Winter 2014 was held at No1 Marylebone, and had a true summer holiday atmosphere. There were photo booths, hook a duck games, seaside style cut-outs for posing in, and a feast of sunny food and drink choices. But there was also fashion that looked forward to the cooler days of Autumn and Winter, and eclectic mix of prints, colours and fabrics.   I was a little confused with the styling, I guess I’m just too old for the baseball style jackets and glittery slogan sweatshirts.
