Disney on Ice presents World of Enchantment in Birmingham
The little girls had their best Elsa and Anna costumes on. The little boys couldn’t decide whether to buy a plastic sword or a cuddly version of Lightning McQueen, it could only mean one thing – Disney on Ice was back in Birmingham, at the city’s Barclaycard Arena. And, once again, it was a show that was high on Disney charm and magic with much-loved characters and crowd pleasing songs giving the audience a lovely night to remember. A day of pampering and fun featuring cake, frocks and Tilbury Taxis

The Mantra range had been launched earlier this year as part of the Fabulous 10th birthday celebrations and is the first own brand jewellery collection from the group. The idea behind the Mantra pendants is…

Visiting Jacques Vert in Grand Central Birmingham
On Wedensday I was invited by Publicasity to visit the brand new Jacques Vert store in Birmingham’s Grand Central. This was a chat to have a look around the shining new store and to talk about all the new ranges, including a very exciting coat collaboration with Paul Costelloe. I spent a lovely hour talking all things fashion and admiring some really lovely pieces. The new store is also a new concept for Jacques Vert, being a flagship for the re-invigorated brand. In the past, Jacques Vert has been a concession in some of the cities larger department stores, and has had a reputation as being a destination for mother…

Parklives – Use that local park!
Is there anywhere more wonderful than a local park? Free to use and enjoy, parks offer us a place to walk, whether we have a dog who needs exercise, or if we just want to enjoy the fresh air. They are a place to kick a football, throw a frisbee or have a picnic. In Autumn you can enjoy the beauty of the falling leaves, in snowy Winter you can build a snowman or have a good old snowball fight. As I said at the start of this post, is there anywhere more wonderful than a local park? So you might be surprised to hear that new research, conducted as…
