Bifold doors – more tips for creating your dream house
With mortgages requiring heavy deposits in support, and with the fluctuation of house prices, many people are today opting to stay put and turn their own home into a dream home. Yesterday I looked at beautiful roof lanterns that could make your house a haven of light, today I’m turning my attention to doors that could also have the same effect, and could help you to make your living space more open plan, or bring your garden area into your home. Interior Options – Roof Lanterns
One of the key things that makes our homes more attractive is the use of light. You can read all about the previous changes here, but now that we are firmly ensconced in a thoroughly British Summer I can share the final stages of garden development. The Lawn We have a rather large…

More garden tips – barbecues, furniture and lighting
I’ve had a bit of a focus on gardens over the last two weeks, looking at how we can use them and improve them now that Spring is here. (You can read my previous posts here and here.) My final post is looking at some of the other things you can do to make your garden look good, and make sure it is a place of sanctuary, relaxation and fun for all your family. Barbecues For me, the smell of a barbecue is the smell of the summer, because there really is nothing like cooking and eating outdoors. The great thing about barbecues is that they come in all different…
