Style Icon of the month March – Jennifer Lawrence

The hottest style star of the moment is also the hottest actress starring in the most anticipated film of the year. Jennifer Lawrence first commanded attention after her strong performance in Winter Bone. She also caught the fashion eye with a sexy red Oscar gown that recalled both Scarlett Johansson and Baywatch.

It was a promising fashion start that has positively blossomed whilst she has been promoting her new movie ‘The Hunger Games’. Jennifer has quite literally shone at the premieres in a range of beautiful gowns. Her backless gold Prabal Gurung was a bold choice and was followed up with another gold backless dress, this time a halter neck from Ralph Lauren.

But it’s not just been about full length gold gowns. At the Madrid premiere Jennifer looked young and fresh in a Victoria, Victoria Beckham silver-grey and blue striped dress which Victoria herself tweeted about. My personal favourite look was the Tom Ford backless little black dress that looked oh so simple from the front, but showed that the back is definitely the new erogenous zone.
