Girls Aloud are back!
Ok – My top five girls aloud songs, in no particular order, are as follows -‘ The Sounds of the Underground’, ‘Love Machine’. ‘The Promise’, ‘Biology’ and ‘The Show’. I am just a massive Girls Aloud fan. Solo, not so much. I Like the odd Cheryl song, love Nicola and her sense of style, and Kimberly is just so beautiful, but that’s about it. But together they create unmistakable magic. So I was just so excited yesterday by the news that the girls are reforming for a new album and tour. The style of the girls who appeared at the press conference yesterday was a far cry from the…

Friday Fashion Stylish Celebs featuring Cheska Hull. Lydia Bright and Cheryl Cole
The weekend starts here, and that means some seriously hot looks to tempt you into spending some of that hard-earned cash. Our favourite reality tv stars have again been out and about sporting the best of the High Street and Online brands, with Lydia Bright a particular favourite in a Coast Limited Edition dress that is now available online. There are also a couple of designer copycats that could help you get the Cheryl Cole look without the Cheryl Cole budget. And finally, if you do win the euromillions on Friday eve (and somebody has to…) there is a beautiful Roksanda Ilincic dress as worn by Princess Beatrice, who seems to…

Terry Di Haviland – The Rock & Roll Cobbler celebrates 50 years in shoe business.
The self-styled Rock & Roll Cobbler is celebrating 50 years in the business with a special pop-up exhibition in London’s Selfridges. Terry Di Haviland is a shoe genius, designing those iconic platform wedges worn by the likes of Kate Moss, Sienna Miller and Cheryl Cole, so I popped along to Selfridges yesterday to look at some of those iconic designs. I have been a fan of Terry ever since I saw a glossy and groomed Kate Moss wearing his wedges on one of her famous birthday celebrations. I fell instantly in love with the shoes, but not being able to afford the £300+ pricetag, I searched the High Street for…

Why the X Factor needs to back off Tulisa.
It’s the funniest news story of the fashion day, the news that new X Factor judge Tulisa is going to be given a £70,oo0 makeover because producers are worried that she is too chavvy! It’s had me in bits most of the day but also set me thinking, DID THE PRODUCERS NOT LOOK AT PICTURES OF TULISA BEFORE THEY GAVE HER THE JOB? Tulisa is chavvy, but this has always been her style. She is an urban artist with the band NDubz, working with her cousin Dappy, a man never seen without some sort of woolly hat. Who exactly did the idiots at X Factor think NDubz were – a…

Cheryl Cole…a word of advice about that X Factor Wardrobe…
It seems that we may have been a little to hasty about dismissing Cheryl Cole’s American dream. If the press are to be believed (the News of the World so definitely true!!!), Cheryl may well be returning to US X Factor after produces viewed the tapes and decided they may have made a big mistake in ditching the Georgie petal. If this is true, and I hope for Cheryl’s sake it is, then I hope someone has a word in her ear about her previous X Factor wardrobe. Because, let’s be totally honest, it was dire. The girl who looked completely fabulous during Cannes in a range of showstopping gowns,…
