My second review from the new F&F True range, following that winning pair of jeans (check out that review here), is back on more familiar ground. Yes folks, I am reviewing a dress. In this case it is a dress that catches the eye with its bright and beautiful print and colours. This dress is the Floral Panelled Scuba Dress. I really liked this dress initially due to the pattern.
