Sort your jeans with Eto Jeans
How many pairs of jeans would you say the average man owns? I’m guessing that the number would run into double figures for most men, although many polls say that you really only need to own four pairs in a couple of different styles and colours. I’m not sure about that, I think jeans are one of those clothing items that people tend to find a style and stick to it, but then buy it in triplicate, but these days there are so many great designs, in a range of colours that exceed blue, black and (shudders) white. Janis Joplin festival style
Over the Easter holiday I enjoyed catching up on a bit of television, and one thing that I watched was a docu-film about the legendary Janis Joplin. Called ‘Janis Joplin – Little Girl Blue’, it was a story that told about her life, her work, her problems and showed many of her legendary performances, including ‘Ball and Chain’, ‘Cry Baby’ and ‘Another Piece of My Heart.’ One of the things I noticed whilst watching the film was what incredible style Janis had. She’s done it again. The supremely stylish and unique Alexa Chung launched her new collection for AG Jeans last week and the collection is now available at Selfridges. Totally channeling a 70s vibe which seems to combine Jodie Foster in Freaky Friday with Daisy Duke, the collection is full of a-line mini skirts in denim and suede, dungarees and kick flare jeans, and pussy bow blouses.
