Duchess Kate’s recent style triumphs
It has been a busy few weeks for Duchess Kate, and, as ever, stylewise she has not put a fashion foot wrong. As we expect from the Duchess, lots of outfits worn previously have made an appearance, but there have been some beautiful new outfits too, not least the magnificent dress that Kate wore last night at a pre-tour dinner before the Duke and Duchess embark on a trip to India and Bhutan. Kate’s beautiful dress was by Indian designer Saloni London, diplomatically paying tribute to their future hosts with this choice. I love this dress, which has the feel of a 1970s style maxi, with it’s sheer, flock style…

Duchess Kate shows off her maternity style in Hobbs, Seraphine and Madderson London
For those who love the Duchess of Cambridge’s style (for that read me!) the last week has been a great time, with Kate making a whole host of appearances on different engagements, and wearing some new pieces. With Kate being well-known for her thrifty nature, new pieces are always something to enjoy, and when those pieces also come from the High Street, you can guess their will be the inevitable sell-outs and internet crashes. First up, we have a stunning, 1960s style tunic dress from Madderson London, a fairly new British design company who are set to see their profile rise considerably now Kate has been spotted in their ‘Naomi’…

The Royal Tour – My favourite looks from (N)Z to A
The Royal tour of New Zealand and Australia is now officially over, and by any standards, it has been an absolute triumph for Prince William, Duchess Kate and the gorgeous baby Prince George. Kate’s wardrobe, as ever, has been a joy for fashion lovers, with a definite emphasis on something old, something new, jewellery borrowed, and something blue. Before the tour, there had been lots of speculation about Kate’s wardrobe, with some saying The Queen had asked for more jewellery, more designer wear and longer skirts. I personally think Kate’s wardrobe proved to be a total triumph that stayed true to her fashion roots. There were splashes of High Street…
