Golden Globes 2017 – Best Dressed
Last night saw the start of Awards Season in Hollywood, with the awarding of the annual Golden Globe Awards which honour the best in film and television from the previous year. As always. the Golden Globes are all about the fashion, as well as being a pointer to who might win big at The Oscars next month. I have to say that from a fashion point of view, the awards were a little disappointing. I was unimpressed with the likes of Nicole Kidman and Zoe Saldana, both reliable fashionista’s who failed to shine on the night. I also thought that this was a show that missed real fashion moments that…

Style Crush – Octavia Spencer
There’s a new style star in town. Octavia Spencer was one of the winners at Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards, and now looks like a shoe-in for the Best Supporting Actress Oscar. Angelina Jolie channelled a Marilyn Monroe style in Atelier Versace, a nude dress with red accents that just draped every curve. I loved how she kept her hair simple, letting the dress speak for itself. Sofia Vergara showed why she is a modern-day Sophia Loren in a form-fitting Vera Wang fishtail style dress. Some said…

Golden Globes – Best, Worst And Trends!
Last night Fashion-Mommy stayed up until 2pm live blogging on the Fashion parade that was the 2011 Golden Globe awards. There were some amazing, and not so amazing looks on show on the Red Carpet. Now the dust has settled, I am going to update you on all the trends, the looks I adored and the ones that I could well do without. Everyone’s gone GREEN! No , unfortunately I’m not talking about all the stars becoming ecologically sound, I’m talking about what was definitely the colour of the night. Bottle green was a big story on the new carpet, and most of those who chose this colour wore it…
