Pippa Middleton continues to show her Autumn style
She may be unlucky in love, but in terms of style, Pippa Middleton still seems to be ticking all the right boxes. November has seen the sister of the Duchess of Cambridge showing off yet more of that highly copied wardrobe as she continues her off to work fashion parade. With the exception of Anna Friel’s stage door parade of fashion, I don’t think I can ever remember another woman who was so highly photographed going to and from work. Still, this gives plenty of opportunities to observe that work wardrobe in great detail. This blue polo neck dress is a fabulous colour on Pippa, but polo neck styles are something…

Duchess Kate rocks the High Street yet again.
On the day she was voted best dressed woman in Britain, The Duchess of Cambridge visited a UNICEF depot in Denmark and proved that when it comes to dressing for public occasions, the High Street is most definitely ‘Her’ Street. Kate chose to wear a great red coat from LK Bennett that she belted with a glamorous red leather belt from Vecceli Italy. Kate has worn LK Bennett for other Occasions, most notably the sandals she wore for the Ark event, and this coat was a very glamorous choice for such a high-profile visit. She easily held her own against the Danish Princess,Mary, another royal lady known for her style. The LK…

The Duchess of Cambridge wows in Amanda Wakeley.
One word – WOW! The Duchess of Cambridge looked absolutely exquisite last night when she carried out her first solo official engagement, standing in for Prince Charles at a charity event. Wearing a 1930s style bias cut white/silver evening gown by Amanda Wakeley, Kate had movie star glamour and elegance. The dress was more revealing than Kate has worn for evening engagements since the Royal Wedding, showing off slim toned arms and shoulders. This is not the first time Kate has turned to Amanda Wakeley for an evening event, wearing the salmon pink and silver gown for the Ark event in June, and it seems that the designer and Kate…

I am a huge fan of the Duchess of Cambridge, and when browsing on websites I often find myself saying “doesn’t that look like the dress Kate wore for…” Kate’s style influence seems to be everywhere, from the longer sleeves, more ladylike looks, popularity for the shades of deep red and blue, and an abundance of wrap dresses. Here is a quick look at some of the Kate lookalikes I have found recently, along with a link in case you decide to treat yourself..after all, it is the weekend! Doesn’t that look like Kate’s Issa dress? Remember the purple Issa dress that Kate wore on her tour of Canada…then look…

Kate and Pippa show off their demure evening looks.
This week we have been treated to sightings of both Middleton sister’s wearing evening attire. And it seems that long-sleeved and demure are the buzzwords when it comes to the looks they have both chosen to adopt. Ladylike and glamorous would definitely apply to both dresses, heralding a new era of grown-up evening style. Kate attended the 100 women in hedge funds black tie gala wearing a beautiful, vibrant red jersey dress with chiffon sleeves by London Label Beulah. The dress, named ‘Sarai’. was another astute choice by Kate, for the Beulah label was started by Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs to provide work for victims of human trafficking in India.…
