Get the Celebrity look featuring the Duchess of Cambridge, Sarah Jessica Parker and Zatchels!

The summer rolls on and the stars continue to shine. This summer has seen so many great celebrity looks, ranging from beachy, sunsoaked styles to elegant dresses worn by actresses, TV celebrities and the stars of our favourite reality shows.

But today’s post is not just about holidays and pretty frocks. Celebrities from Nicole Scherzinger to Sarah Harding have been rocking some seriously beautiful jewellery from designers Katie Rowland and Zara Taylor London, whilst the lovely Laura Whitmore looks seriously fierce in an ear cuff from High Street brand Accessorize that costs just £8.

Here are some of the key looks and trends from some super stylish celebrities from this summer, many of which have been plucked from the High Street.

Sarah Harding loves Mya Blue Beach and Zatchels

Girls Aloud star Sarah popped into the offices of CiCi PR and selected some of her favourite designs from CiCi clients Mya Blue Luxe and Zatchels. The Manhattan kaftan from Mya Blue Luxe is already a celebrity favourite, with the lovely Georgia Horsley, soon to be Mrs Danny McFly, another fan of this exquisite piece.

Sarah also selected a stunning leather duffel bag in tangerine from hot brand Zatchels. Sarah is planning a trip to LA very soon, and this bag is certainly a perfect airport bag, wear it on your back and leave your hands free for browsing in the Tax Free shopping.

Sarah Harding wears Zara Taylor London

A few days later Sarah was photographed wearing a striking piece from Zara Taylor London. This cross design is a great look over a plain, simple shaped dress, adding a rock chick edge which Sarah complimented with chunky shoe-boots and Debbie Harry- esque hair.

Nicole Scherzinger wears Katie Rowland

I fell in love with Katie Rowland’s jewel designs at a press event earlier this year, so it was lovely to see them worn so publicly by X Factor judge and all-round Goddess Nicole Scherzinger. Delicate and pretty, the necklace is a piece you could easily wear every day, whilst the ring is an absolute showstopper.

Frankie Essex wears Love

Frankie Essex made a great choice of dress for her recent publicity photographs for her new range of hair extensions. This lace effect, a-line dress from In Love with Fashion has a really pretty feel. I would love to see Frankie grunge this up a little with black opaques once the temperatures start to fall.

Carrie Bradshaw style at Boden

This is not really a celebrity spot, but when I saw this great new dress from Boden’s Autumn and Winter range, I couldn’t help but think of ‘An American Girl in Paris’ and Carrie Bradshaw. Maybe Boden were thinking along the same lines, hence the very Parisian name Amelie…?

Laura Whitmore in Accessorize

Laura Whitmore always impresses with her style choices, and in her latest magazine shoot for Cosmopolitan, she shows the power of great accessories. The petal ear cuff is the standout piece, a touch of glamorous ‘bling’ that dresses up even the most tough and masculine of outfits.

This earcuff is not currently available online, but they do have a couple of beauties in stock to help you get a similar sort of look.

Paula Patton wears French Connection

The beautiful actress Paula Patton (so good in Deja Vu) is not necessarily the sort of actress you imagine wearing High Street pieces, but that is exactly what she did on Chelsea Lately, when she opted for a dress from French Connection.

Kate Middleton’s Max Mara Coat – back in stock and renamed

A sell out last time around, the middle of summer may not seem the best time to be thinking about your Winter coat, but as this one has been worn by the Duchess of Cambridge, it may not actually stick around for long. The Max Mara Studio belted cashmere coat has been cleverly renamed(what else?) ‘Kate’ and is a real classic piece of luxury. If you can afford it, it is worth the investment.

Sam Faiers in Celeb Boutique

Celeb Boutique is very quickly becoming another cult brand that is just loved by celebrities. Sam Faiers is the latest to wear its pieces, choosing a hot pink bandage style crop top for a recent holiday with her girlfriends.

Samantha Barks wears Reiss

Samantha Barks is a rising style star, one who always seems to be occasion appropriate and totally immaculate. I loved her recent choice of the Reiss fit and flare dress, which she teamed with colour pop heels for maximum effect.

Ruth Langsford wears Phase Eight

And finally, we have television presenter Ruth Langsford, who recently chose a wonderfully bright printed dress from Phase Eight for presenting ‘This Morning’. The dress, with its jewel print, is just gorgeous, and is still available in a few sizes.

Celebrity Style round up featuring Kate Moss, Ellie Goulding and Millie Mackintosh.

There have been some really great celebrity looks this month, with celebs once again showing that the perfect wardrobe is a good blend of High Street pieces and designer names. On the designer front, there was a double whammy at this year’s Children in Need, with both Tess Daly and Sarah Harding opting for the Project D Itala dress, albeit in different metallic shades. Kate Moss showed her style credentials in animal print from Marc Jacobs in a midi length, a style you can get for less on the High Street at the moment, whilst the lovely Sara MacDonald, Noel Gallagher’s better half, showed that the Gatsby look is definitely alive and kicking in Gucci, a look you can get for less at Phase Eight.

On the High Street, Zoe Hardman and Lydia Bright are another couple of fashionista’s sharing a great look, but styling it in oh so different ways. The plaid suit from Miss Selfridge looks as great with heels as it does with loafers and is a great buy this season. Wear it as a suit or as separates, either way would be amazing, making it a great versatile buy. Millie Mackintosh looks a million dollars in a pair of chandelier earrings from Accessorize that cost significantly less than a million dollars, whilst Ellie Goulding towers over the musical opposition in a pair of Sprint boots from Nelly’s 5inch and Up collection.

And finally. my favourite celebrity look of the last week, and one which I had just a small hand in. BBC presenter Joanne Malin presented the Midlands coverage of this year’s ‘Children in Need’ in a gorgeous blue, 1960s style, beaded dress from Phase Eight. Joanne had asked me if I had any contacts I could call in at Phase Eight in order to source something special for the live coverage, which regularly attracts more than 1 million viewers. I duly obliged and Joanne made a trip to the Solihull branch, choosing three possible dresses, the Tina Tassel, the Betsy Feather and the Lorabelle, with the Lorabelle the dress that was eventually chosen for the big night. I think this was the perfect choice with the deep blue looking fabulous against Joanne’s red hair.

Girls Aloud are back!

Ok – My top five girls aloud songs, in no particular order, are as follows -‘ The Sounds of the Underground’, ‘Love Machine’. ‘The Promise’, ‘Biology’ and ‘The Show’. I am just a massive Girls Aloud fan. Solo, not so much.  I Like the odd Cheryl song, love Nicola and her sense of style, and Kimberly is just so beautiful, but that’s about it.  But together they create unmistakable magic. So I was just so excited yesterday by the news that the girls are reforming for a new album and tour.

The style of the girls who appeared at the press conference yesterday was a far cry from the pink and black outfits that appeared in the Sounds of the Underground video, when the group took the pop world by storm with a sassy, classy sound that blew ‘One True Voice’ out of the water. Individual styling that showed Nicola is definitely the most experimental when it comes to style, that Cheryl has a fondness for bright colours and that Kimberly has the most amazingly toned midriff (no doubt made all the finer with the exercise from Strictly Come Dancing). After a rocky period, Sarah Harding is looking healthy , whilst Nadine Coyle had the brightest smile of all the girls. It just felt so good to have them back, all together, and actually looking happy about the fact.

Watch this space – I feel this is a fashion story that will run and run.
