The reviews aren’t exactly glowing, but I’m still very excited about Madonna’s new movie about the great love affair between Edward and Mrs Simpson. The film is released on 20th January, with Angela Riseborough playing Wallis, and from film stills and publicity shots I have seen pre-release, this is going to be a supremely stylish affair. Some girls just know how to dress for the really cold weather. I can’t claim to be one of them. Those lovely Middleton ladies ended the year on a style high, showing that the cold weather is no excuse to let up on the fashion front. A new picture of Kate showed her looking dressed down in a stylish shearling style jacket from LK Bennett along with a pair of Wellington boots that matched those worn by her brother-in-law Prince Harry.
