My favourite feast of fashion is finally here, and I am unbelievably excited. Yes, the Cannes film festival has begun, and with the likes of Sienna Miller, Lupita Nyong’o, Natalie Portman, Naomi Watts, and (sighs) Fan Bingbing in attendence, the bar is set for some amazing fashion looks. I love the drama and decadence of Cannes, the gorgeous weather and stunning scenary just seems to lend itself to the most exquisite of photo opps, and the stars always seem to deliver in abundance. I opened my bank account when I was just a girl of seven. It was the jeans scheme of the original TSB bank, and I was so proud of the little denim bank book, although I sometimes wished I had joined the NatWest instead and got those piggies. If there was any further evidence needed that sunshine yellow is the colour to be seen in this season, then the site of the Duchess of Cambridge emerging from hospital holding the gorgeous Princess Charlotte was all that just that. Last night saw the television Baftas taking place, with the stars of the small screen walking the red carpet. Sheridan Smith, Lucy Mecklenburgh, Millie Mackintosh, Michelle Keegan and Denise Van Outen were amongst the lovely ladies who got their best frocks on for a night of television celebration.
