Gudrun Sjoden Organic Knit Tunic Review
I often review truly beautiful items of clothing on the blog, stunning dresses that are worthy of a party or a red carpet event. I love doing this, who doesn’t enjoy wearing something exquisite and princessy? But, my wardrobe is full of other things, the sort of clothes I wear every day, for shopping, football practice and the school run. These pieces are just as important for me, I still like to look and feel stylish, even if I am working from home. Check out the Birmingham Hollywood Bowl – Fun for all the family
On Sunday we went to check out one of the new Hollywood Bowl, based in Rubery, Birmingham. I often visit the Hollywood Bowl at Bentley Bridge in Wolverhampton, but the Rubery branch is bigger, better and far more glamorous, with an American style Diner, an adults only Snooker/pool area, and special VIP booths from where drinks and food can be ordered and served while you enjoy a game of bowling. It will easily carry a lipstick, mascara, eye pencil and powder, a touch up kit, and would…

Thriller Live Reviewed at the Wolverhampton Grand
Thriller Live opened at the Wolverhampton Grand this week and last night I went along to review it. This celebration of the music and life of Michael Jackson is a glitzy, energetic affair performed with aplomb by the company, but I have to say I think you really need to be a massive fan of all things Michael Jackson to get the very best enjoyment from it. My own feelings on Michael are a little bit mixed. He was an incredible performer, and with ‘Off the Wall’ and ‘Thriller’ he created two of the greatest albums of all time. I also love the Motown and Epic years of the 1970s,…
