Celebrity get the look featuring Kate Middleton, Jennifer Lawrence and Freida Pinto
After the excitement and high glamour of the Golden Globe awards, it’s time to look at some more celebrity looks that can be achieved by shopping the High Street. Some of the looks featured are my interpretations of great style, from Hollywood stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams and Freida Pinto. Other looks are actually the real thing, to be found in store and online right now. First up is the Duchess of Cambridge. That painting that was unveiled last week sure is awful, but Kate’s French Connection blouse is anything but. Unfortunately, the sale item has almost sold out in every colour. However, there are a few left in…

Awards, Dresses and Celebrities, including Thandie Newton, Nicole Kidman and Sienna Miller
There are just so many fabulous looks around at the moment, most of them being sported by the cream of Hollywood during the numerous awards ceremonies, pre-award ceremony dinners, and nomination announcements that seem to be taking place every other day. And boy, when award season starts, the celebs sure know how to milk it for all its worth. Another day truly means another dress. Which is great news if you are as dress obsessed as I am. I am literally living and breathing frocks at the moment, loving the variety of styles, colours and trends on show. Here are some of the looks from last week that I have…

Bafta Fashion – The Best Looks
The most glamorous night in the TV calendar is undoubtedly the BAFTA awards. The beautiful stars of the small screen all put on their finery as they battle to win the awards that really matter (sorry TV Quick and Soap Awards but you know I’m telling the truth). This year was no exception. Celebrities like Kelly Brook, Alex Jones, Holly Willoughby and the gorgeous Millie Mackintosh all walked the supremely patriotic red, white and blue carpet. But who’s style seriously impressed? Who wore the dresses that made me go – ooooooh! Here are my choices for best dressed on the night, with a few ideas on how you can get that red carpet look…

Baftas fabulous fashion – How to get the look.
The bright and beautiful of Hollywood took a trip across the pond for the BAFTAS on Sunday evening, bringing some pretty serious fashion statements with them. Michelle Williams, Jessica Chastain, Meryl Streep and (swoon! swoon!) George Clooney all took a trip down the red carpet, being accosted by a Louis Vuitton clad Miss Piggy on route. There was also a strong showing from the Brit contingent, with Emilia Fox, Tilda Swinton and honorary Brit Gillian Anderson shining on a rather cold winters night. Here are my personal favourites from the night. Michelle Williams drew gasps when it emerged that her classic gown was from H&M. The whole look was…

Kate the Great…and for once I don’t mean Middleton!
According to all reports, this week has seen the double Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet turning into a super hero. Kate was a guest at the Necker home of Richard Branson when fire broke out following a tropical storm. Kate helped to clear the house of all the people present, and apparently helped save Richard Branson’s ninety-year old mother. I frankly adore Kate. She’s an amazing, luminous actress with talent in spades. She’s beautiful, but in a natural, rather than over glossed way. And I totally adore her personal style. So, in tribute to Kate, who has just added Super-hero to that already impressive resume, here are some of my favourite…
