Kate’s bridal style.
The speculation had been almost frenzied – who would design the wedding dress of the century? Would it be Alice Temperley? Nicole Murray – now view the collection.
I recently wrote about Fashion’s bright new hope Nicole Murray, a designer who I believe is one to watch. Today I am very pleased to be able to share Nicole’s Autumn/Winter 2011 collection. Full of Autumnal shades of heather, amethyst and rosewood, combined with rich earthy tones of bronze, this stylish and sophisticated collection illustrates perfectly why Nicole is a rising star on the British fashion scene. The use of lame for trenchcoats and sexy secretary skirts is a key to the…

The Nicole Murray line was…

Chelsea Girl returns.
One of my overwhelming memories of being a very young girl was Saturday shopping with my mom in West Bromwich. I remember John Menzies had a great toy department, and that my mom loved a shop called ‘Lady at Lord John’, which just sounded such a cool name. But mainly I remember Chelsea Girl. Situated in the Queens Square, which also had the amazing floor to ceiling fountains, this shop was the most amazing place I had ever been to, still psychedelic looking, with a sign resembling a rainbow,it was a treasure trove to a little girl who already loved fashion. Flash forward to the 1980s, and groovy Chelsea girl, with its…
