The yellow peril – colour of the season?
When I am asked my favourite colour I say, with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever, “YELLOW”. It has been my favourite forever, and this season, it seems to be having a bit of a moment, at least according to the bible that is Vogue. A revisit of a post from 2011. We have just seen the end of London Fashion Week, following hot on the heels of New York fashion week, and it is safe to say that two of the brightest, most interesting Autumn collections come from two style mavericks who first came to our attention in the 1970s. London Fashion Week – The best of the Front Row
London Fashion Week is currently in full swing, and, once again, I’m a bit obsessed with what the ladies are wearing in the front row, as much as I love looking at the collections on the catwalk. All the usual suspects are there, from Olivia Palermo, Alexa Chung, Millie Mackintosh and Cheryl…not actually sure what she’s called at the moment…were all looking suitably glamorous and stylish on the front rows, in a wide range of looks. Ladbrokes Bingo Fashion Week – Vote for me.
London Fashion Week is almost upon us. Yes the venues are being set up as we speak, and excitement amongst the fashionista’s, the front rowers and the bloggers is almost unbearable. Fashion Week is the most gorgeous and glamorous event to hit London and I am very pleased to say that, this season, I have a small role in it through a competition that I am taking part in with Ladbrokes Bingo. What are the best things about Autumn?
As I wake up this morning there is a definite chill in the air. And although the next astronomical fall in the Western Hemisphere doesn’t officially begin until the 23rd of September, as far as I am concerned, Autumn has begun. Best Offers Bingo recently conducted a survey asking over 1,500 people in the UK what they think the best thing about Autumn is.
