Christina Hendricks and THAT Westwood dress
It’s not very often you can say that the fabulous Sarah Jessica Parker has been upstaged, but that happened last night. It was the UK Premiere of SJP’S new film ‘I don’t know how she does it?’ and the upstaging was done by Christina Hendricks. Or rather by Christina Hendricks’s breasts! Whilst SJP had opted for an elegant black crocheted sheath dress by Antonio Berardi, Christina went for the all-out bombshell look. In a beautiful raspberry goddess style dress from Vivienne Westwood, she looked like she had been poured into her dress. Unfortunately, some of her had spilled right back out! Let me explain what I mean. Christina is…

Venice Film Festival – an amazing array of fashion and beauty.
The Venice Film Festival has always been synonymous with beauty and style. From the days of Diana Dors in her mink bikini, to the present day array of Gwyneth Paltrow, Kiera Knightley and Madonna, you are always guaranteed a series of total show-stopping looks. Here are some of the fashion highlights from the glossy, glitzy fashion parade. Evan Rachel Wood Evan Rachel Ward has sported a series of striking monochrome looks in Venice whilst promoting ‘The Ides of March‘. Both of these outfits are by Alessandro Rich. The dress is question is the glorious chiffon strapless dress by Giambattista Valli that comes complete with its own veil. I first saw the dress when it was worn by Charlotte Casiraghi for the gala ball on the evening of Prince Albert of Monaco‘s wedding to Charlene Wittstock. I was struck by the dress for many reasons. It was…

Kate the Great…and for once I don’t mean Middleton!
According to all reports, this week has seen the double Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet turning into a super hero. Kate was a guest at the Necker home of Richard Branson when fire broke out following a tropical storm. Kate helped to clear the house of all the people present, and apparently helped save Richard Branson’s ninety-year old mother. I frankly adore Kate. She’s an amazing, luminous actress with talent in spades. She’s beautiful, but in a natural, rather than over glossed way. And I totally adore her personal style. So, in tribute to Kate, who has just added Super-hero to that already impressive resume, here are some of my favourite…

Is Sex and the City coming back to television?
This is the big rumour this morning…and if it is true, it would absolutely make my year! According to some sources, including today’s Mail on Sunday, the iconic and much missed Sex and the City may be making a welcome return..to TV. It seems that another tv show is a definite possibility. The Mail says ‘Sarah Jessica Parker will be producing. She was worried about doing another film after the bad reaction to the SATC2 movie, but a TV show is definitely something she wants to happen.’ However, Darren Starr, the creator of the show, has not given his final yes, but if SJP is on board, that yes may…
