Just in time for Easter – Paw Patrol release Pups and the Pirate Treasure
Paw Patrol is quite a hit when it comes to the children in my family. My two year old niece Renee is a huge fan of the series, her favourite pup being the very cute Skye. Renee will literally watch Paw Patrol on a loop if allowed, and the toys were top of last year’s Christmas list. My son Joe is 7 and is far too cool for Paw Patrol now, except he can often be found watching it at breakfast time, while he eats his corn flakes and gets ready for school. Yes, Paw Patrol is a real favourite in my family. March 14th sees the release of a…

Win! DC Super Hero Girls Competition
You may remember that last year we had a competition featuring the Marvel DC Super Heroes that featured the male characters. This time around, we have the female of the super hero species. What I love is how dynamic the characters are, from strong and fearless to edgy and fun; there is a character for everyone. Your kids can now enjoy watching your DC Super Hero girls whenever…

Distinctive Chesterfields on Celebrity Big Brother
Another crazy season of Celebrity Big Brother ended last week, with the likeable Scotty T crowned as champion. It is a series that will go down as one of the most memorable in recent TV history, what with the death of David Bowie while his ex wife Angie was in the house (and with Tiffany thinking it was housemate David Gest that had died.). Then there was the romance between Jeremy and troubled ex Hollyoaks star Steph, and the very strange appearance of Gillian McKeith. All this went to make those post eviction interviews very interesting indeed. And talking of post eviction interviews, you may have spotted the rather gorgeous…

When was the last time you made some changes to your home entertainment system? Here are some great ways to expand your home entertainment possibilities. Invest in Better Speakers Your speaker system is one of the most important parts of your home entertainment system. If the only speakers you have are the ones that are attached to your TV, you are definitely not getting the best audio possible. You should, at least, invest in a subwoofer and think about creating a surround sound system. Modern speakers can be pretty small so they won’t take up much space or dominate your living room, so you won’t have to worry about that.…

Strictly Come Dancing Live returns to wow the crowds
Strictly Come Dancing The Live Show returned to wow a capacity crowd at Birmingham’s Barclaycard Arena last night. With Mel Giedroyc as the new host, and judges Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood returning to the judging panel, it was a night of classic entertainment, the biggest and best Strictly show yet. The Strictly live shows are the glitziest and most glamorous events held at the Barclaycard Arena, with the arena transformed in a ballroom, complete with a huge glitterball, pink chandeliers and a series of props that turn a rather industrial auditorium into a vintage Hollywood setting for one group dance, and transports the audience to the…
