The very lovely people at Clarks helped me to celebrate my second blog birthday in style by offering to send me a wonderful pair of shoes. I had already expressed my lust for a certain pair in a shoe post, so it was a very easy choice to make. Charlotte Casiraghi – The new campaign for Gucci
Gucci’s new campaign again stars the beautiful Charlotte Casiraghi, the daughter of Princess Caroline and the granddaughter of the legendary Grace Kelly. Again, rather than full on glamour, it allows Charlotte’s earthy beauty to shine through whilst wearing a simple wardrobe of plain white shirt, cigarette pants and horsebit loafers. The campaign is entitled ‘Forever Now’ and is a showcase for design classics. I love the whole relaxed feel of this campaign, and the beautiful black and white shots taken by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. I find i just live in boots in winter, and just occasionally I find a pair that makes my heart soar. Step forward the Karaoke Tune patent boots from Clarks. I AM TOTALLY LOVING THESE BOOTS! The Karaoke Tune boots are a thing of beauty. Like a classic riding style that just screams Stella Tennant, but in shiny black patent, these are the sort of boots that I frankly dream about. Shiny, elegant and with zips and buckles to give them a Marc Jacobs feel, these are boots I need in my wardrobe and in my life. So if any friends are out there listening..size 5 please!
