New Kardashian Kollection launches at Dorothy Perkins
The second collection from the Kardashian sisters for Dorothy Perkins has launched today, and I think it is even better than the first. Using a palette of black, white, creams and greys, mixed with the softest shade of baby pink, the latest collection is a combination of feminine tailoring and body hugging Kardashian dresses, showing off the individual personalities of Khloe, Kourtney and Kim. There is a lot to admire about this collection. I love the ombre style dip dye blazer in pink merging into purple, this would look amazing with jeans or over tailored black trousers. The white bodycon dress is beautiful, making the little white dress a great…

Are you going Shwopping?
On May 9th Oxfam and Marks and Spencer are joining together to get you ‘Shwopping’, hosting a fantastic one day wardrobe clear out. This is a fabulous, fun event which has been designed to get us sorting out our unwanted clothing in order to donate them to help good causes. The very gorgeous Joanna Lumley is currently fronting the campaign, and is also the face of the M&S Eco and ethical project, Plan A. Shwopping helps us to declutter our wardrobes, get rid of things that are old, unworn and just plain unwanted, and makes us feel good about doing it. (And provides more space to buy even more clothes…

The latest get the celebrity looks featuring Pippa Middleton, Shenae Grimes and Beth Ditto
If you’ve decided to avoid the crowds this weekend and chill at home, step this way. I’ve been scouring the magazines and websites to bring you a veritable feast of ‘get the celebrity looks’ from a host of fashionable ladies (and a couple of pretty cute babies too). This week I’m looking at Valentino shoes, as worn by Beth Ditto and Bella Thorne, and currently available in Selfridges. But if your budget doesn’t stretch to the Valentino kind, Nelly have an amazingly similar pair for less than £50. Beth and Bella both look beautiful in their shoes, and Bella also wears a fantastic dress from Topshop no less. I’ve also…

I’m planning a holiday wardrobe…
Sometimes, an event that has caused you undue grief can have a happy ending. And so it has proved for me. A long-running case looking at professional negligence has been finally closed in favour of a close family member (will not bore you with all the details, but really, some companies are just not worth working for under any circumstances), and with it finally at an end, all thoughts have turned to having a family holiday, abroad, for the first time in a couple of years. And boy, is that an exciting thought! So, at the end of June I will be jetting off for two weeks in the sun,…

New Look has spring dresses all sewn up
The lastest collection of dresses from New Look shows how the High Street brand is going from strength to strength. From flowing maxi styles, to cute TOWIE-esque skater dresses, New Look proves that this season, any length is allowed. But it is the midi dresses that really catch the eye. For so long this was a length that only the tallest and slimmest of ladies tackled, with a view that on anyone else, the midi was a frumpy option. We are now beginning to realise that this is wrong, and that, in the same way as the maxi dress can suit anyone providing the cut and style are correct for…
