Met Gala 2015 – My fave looks
The Met Gala 2015 will go down as one of the most memorable in recent history. The theme this year was ‘China: Through the looking glass; and this gave way to a host of plays on this theme. Unfortunately, for many fashionista’s this meant some sort of poppy display and very questionable eye make-up (I’m talking to you Kris Jenner, and frankly still shuddering at the thought nearly 24hours on.) There was also a lot of flesh on display, as Cher’s fright frocks of the 1980s were resurrected on Beyonce, JLo and Kim Kardashian – all of whom should frankly sack the stylist and put some clothes on. Fortunately, there…

Golden Globes Great Gowns
Awards season started properly last night with the Golden Globes, which saw all the beautiful people out in force on the red carpet. The Golden Globes is always a seriously glamorous night, second only to the Oscars in terms of importance and star power, so, as to be expected, there were some seriously glamorous looks to be seen on the red carpet, with some colour and texture trends pointing the way to what we may see at the Oscars and Bafta’s. Early 1980s Scottish Songstress Kelly Marie seemed to have one perfectly glued to her body, and that was more than enough reason not to be wearing them. But how times change. The jumpsuit is now a super practical and much loved part of the wardrobe, and is…

Celebrity Style spots featuring Kate Beckinsale, Fearne Cotton and Pippa Middleton
So much fab celebrity style on show at the moment. Everything from warm winter looks from Fearne Cotton who I think is giving a masterclass in maternity style, to Ella Henderson, showing us how to look young and fresh without resorting to showing the flesh. The Kardashian’s have taken London and are currently showing us how to wear their new collection for Dorothy Perkins (how amazing does Kim look in that form fitting red dress) whilst Kate Beckinsale adds a bit of Hollywood style in one of my absolute favourite labels – Preen. How are some of the hottest looks from the pages of the glossies…and a bit of cute…
