Celebrity style featuring Cheska Hull, Olivia Munn and a baby bump special
To celebrate the start of what I hope is going to be a fabulous February, I thought I’d start the month with some super celebrity get-the-looks. And this edition of Celebrity style features what is bound to be a huge trend in the coming months – dressing the baby bump. It seems everyone and her sister is pregnant at the moment (my sister, a cousin and a close friend included – and. no, don’t feel in the slightest bit broody myself) and that with one of those expecting being the lovely Duchess of Cambridge, we can be sure that maternity fashion is going to be more scrutinised than ever. I’m a child of the 1970s, and love everything about the decade that some say style forgot. Platform shoes, flares, halter neck maxi dresses and glam rock are all cherished by Fashion-Mommy. And in terms of Christmas, was it ever celebrated better than in the 70s.Think about it, you could watch Christmas Top of the Pops in 1973 whilst dance away to the sounds of Slade, Wizzard and Elton John ‘Stepping into Christmas’, then enjoy the Morecambe and Wise Christmas special whilst enjoying a snowball and a selection of vol-u-vents and other delights from the hostess trolley. What’s not to love? This Christmas you can channel the best of 70s…

Carnaby Street and Grazia Fashion Party
Last Thursday Fashion-Mommy enjoyed a lovely evening at the Carnaby Street fashion party, held in collaboration with Grazia magazine. For one special night only, shoppers were treated to 20% discount at all Carnaby Street stores, whilst being treated to gorgeous mulled cider at the White Horse pop-up bar in Kingly Court. There were other treats to enjoy. There were complimentary make overs at Illamasqua, whilst a traditional barber was on hand to treat the boys at Ben Sherman. There were also opportunities to take part in photo shoots at Revival, and funny seaside style shoots at David and Goliath…you can see the result of that below! And of course, with…
