Best looks from The Brits
The Brit Awards offers the cream of the British music industry the chance to get dressed up and generally let their hair down whilst enjoying the copious amounts of hospitality (ahem!) on offer. The latest ceremony has been totally overshadowed by Madonna, an Armani cape and a pretty spectacular fall, but on the fashion front it was a certain Miss Paloma Faith who took all the plaudits. Paloma was awarded a much deserved Best Female Singer award on the night, and wore three showstopping looks, including Armani Prive and Dolce and Gabbana. She looked every inch the star, even when performing in a rainstorm. I’ve been a fan of Paloma…

Get designer looks from Asda George this Spring
The new season from supermarket giant George at Asda seems to have a distinctly designer flavour. Full of gorgeously girlie sorbet shades, this collection is simply full of pieces that bring to mind the pretty collection that Burberry sent down the catwalk last Autumn for S/S 14. That collection, if you recall, was full of beautiful lace and sheer fabrics, in soft pinks, mint greens and lavenders. The look was one that was surprisingly covered up, shirts were buttoned up to the neck, skirts were midi length and there were some fantastic coats and jackets, all in the most ice cream of colours. Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn rocked this…

We have a beautiful blonde Bond girl carrying a bag she designed in collaboration with LK Bennett, and one of this years Oscar winners wearing a super cool brand of sneakers. There are some of the most stylish reality TV stars wearing a combination of High Street and High End, whilst a couple of the most stylish British singing stars are showing off some of their best looks. Let’s take a look in more detail at some of the best looks of the Summer. Rosamund Pike carries the Rosa Bag from LK Bennett Rosamund Pike, already the face of…

P is for Paloma Faith
I’m spending the evening trying to persuade my hubby that the best birthday present I could receive this year would be Paloma Faith tickets for her June 7th gig at the O2. It would be true to say I’m more than a little obsessed with the singer, her sublime voice is the sort that could sell you a nursery rhyme, whilst her style combines the best of the quirky, the unique and the decidedly retro, sort of what would happen if Rita Hayworth had been combined with Minnie Mouse. Even when we consider all the beautiful and stylish, and mega talented female singers we have on the music scene at…

BAFTAS – My Best Dressed
I have to say that this years BAFTA awards was one of the most enjoyable in years. Stephen Fry was on great form presenting, and the Hollywood contigent was almost in full attendance, making this a super glamorous and starry eyed occasion. It was also one of the best dressed award evenings I have ever watched, with just so many fantastic looks, ranging from super elegant to super sexy. I’ve decided to focus on my favourite dresses from this years ceremony, so there are no places for Anne Hathaway (fine, but a tad dull in Burberry), Andrea Riseborough and Marion Cotillard (who wore the same, gorgeous shade of yellow in…
