I am a huge fan of Scarlett & Jo. Since the brand launched in Evans stores I think they have produced a consistently gorgeous range of dresses and tunics that offer glamour and elegance. I’ve been a fan of Scarlett and Jo ever since I saw that gorgeous picture of some gorgeous plus size bloggers wearing the Side panel dress.
