Lulu Guinness launches new collection for Uniqlo
Lulu Guinness has launched her latest collection for High Street brand Uniqlo. After the success of the her first collection for the store, it was obvious that the new collection would be the cause of much excitement, and now it is finally here. The Lulu Guinness for Uniqlo collection combines Lulu’s iconic and inimitable designs in t-shirt form, creating a collection of totally adorable tops that are just perfect for Spring. The designs take in Lulu’s well known symbols, the dollface, the ‘LG’ logo, the cupids bow lips, and the pretty lidded eyes with those long, long lashes. These symbols make the collection very feminine and very fun, and will…

Creating A Wardrobe For Children – Cheap or Designer?
When it comes to dressing the little ones, sometimes it can be hard to know what to purchase. Do you opt for something cheap and cheerful or something that is more expensive and fashionable? Many parents are divided on the topic of childrenswear and whether or not you should splash the cash or save the pennies. (Good) Friday Shopping Focus – Evans Live Unlimited
In February I attended the first Plus Size Fashion Weekend on behalf of F&F Clothing. One of the best things about the day was getting the opportunity to see some new ranges up close, and one of those ranges was the fabulous ‘Live Unlimited‘. The Live Unlimited range is now available in store and online for Evans, and I think it is absolutely great. This is such a grown up range, feminine without being girly. This is definitely a collection for those who still like to make monochrome a…

Since the 1950s, when denim moved from being a fabric made for workwear, to a wardrobe staple made cool by the likes of Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Brigitte Bardot, jeans have become a must have for any woman, worn casually by day, and dressed up by night. And, right at this moment, there are simply so many styles available that we can safely say we are almost in the midst of a denim explosion. But what jeans to choose? The ladies of the…

Colour Clashing Style with Clarks Cloudy Skies
Earlier this month I wrote about how I had been given the opportunity to review some shoes from one of my Fave High Street brands, Clarks. In that post I reviewed the gorgeous Ancient Myth shoes in Mint suede. (You can read that review here.) In my second Clarks review I am keeping the bright colours theme with another gorgeous pair of suede shoes, this time it is the Cloudy Skies in Fuchsia Suede. The Cloudy Skies shoe has a distinct 1940s vintage feel, with a soft square toe and chunky heel. This is most definitely a shoe that suits girlie girls, so utterly feminine is it in design. The…
