Wallis Autumn/Winter collection – Up close and personal.
Last week I was fortunate enough to be invited to a very special press day for one of my favourite High Street stores. Wallis were keen to showcase the beautiful collection for Christmas 2012, and were also giving bloggers the opportunity to try on some of their favourite pieces. In addition afternoon tea was being served, complete with champagne and there was a great opportunity to find out more about the collection from the very knowledgeable Wallis team, and he chance to have your photograph taken by a photographer more used to snapping models for Grazia. Land Ahoy! Push PR’s seaside inspired Press day
Last week was the start of a mammoth round of Spring/Summer Press days. Yes, whilst the weather is turning decidedly nasty, fashion is looking towards Spring/Summer 2013 and the promise of sunny skies and brighter days. First up on my very extensive list was Push PR, who were clearly enjoying getting into that Summer holiday mode with their showroom resembling a vintage style seaside town. Life buoys festooned the room, as did saucy cutouts to pose for those seaside snaps, whilst fishing nets were the perfect way to display the gorgeous jewellery of Alice Menter and Eastern Mystic.
