This weekend sees the return of Birmingham’s premiere fashion event. Style Birmingham live is a cool mixture of fashion, in store events and fabulous promotions. The centre-piece to the event is a series of fashion shows that will showcase the best of the Autumn/Winter 2013 trends, and this year will have Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Season 9 Winner Lauren Lambert prowling the catwalk. Ugg Australia Fantastic new collection unveiled in Brum
I was never a fan of Uggs, until I was given the opportunity to view the full collection when the Bullring Birmingham store opened. I was not only pleasantly surprised that Ugg Australia was about so much more than comfortable, warm, but slightly bulky boots, but also seriously impressed by how fashion forward the range was. Happy 10th Birthday Selfridges Birmingham
It is hard to believe, But the iconic Selfridges store in Birmingham celebrated its 10th birthday this week. And, of course, being Selfridges, it celebrated with a seriously stylish party, complete with mouth-watering cocktails and canapes, and some seriously quirky entertainment. It is hard to even imagine Birmingham without the stunning Selfridges Building, as much a part of the city skyline as The Rotunda, The BT Tower or St Martin’s in the Bullring.
