Time for that dream home?
Many people chose to move house in Spring. New season, new start seems to be a good mantra, and it was one that I followed myself when we moved into our home, starting that search as the season changed. But for those who are happy to stay put, Spring can also be the perfect time for home improvements, the time when you can make your current home your dream home. A house is always a blank canvas that can be changed, extended and renovated to your own requirements. Homeowner loans from companies like Ocean Finance can release funds that will enable you to turn your current abode into the one…

Joe totally fell in love with Cobra Attack, not least because it is a game that centres around a snake, which is my number one phobia and hence is very funny in the eyes of a 6 year old. The Cobra Attack…

The Irish Fairy Door is a little, handmade wooden door that you put in a special place for your child. Outside it you place some stepping stones and…

The Importance of Teddy Bears
I have a teddy bear at the end of my bed. It’s over 40 years old and I wouldn’t part with it for all the money in the world. Every night the hubby kicks it off the bed, and every morning I put it back on the bed again. It’s going nowhere. It’s been with me through bad and good and I guess it can still act like a reassuring comfort blanket at times. Who hasn’t cried into a teddy bear at one time or another? Teddy Bears are an absolute stable of every child’s life, and my boy Joe is no exception. He’s almost 7 and tries to be…
