La Redoute Autumn Collection

Fabulous French online brand La Redoute has just launched its new Autumn collection, and it is sensational.  An eclectic mismatch of tailored separates and pretty dresses, feminine tulle skirts teamed with stripy Breton styles, this collection is almost Schizophrenic in terms of influences and I absolutely love it.

It is almost as if the La Redoute designers and buyers looked at an average wardrobe and said ‘what do women like to wear for a night out?’ or ‘a shopping trip?’ or ‘a family wedding?’ and basically decided to create pieces for any and every occasion, creating a one stop shop of affordable value.

The wear anywhere sweatshirt – also available in black, but I’m loving this Raspberry shade.

Tartan is such a big story this Autumn, and this subtle plaid style print is just gorgeous. Love the elegant shape of the coat too.

Delicate Victoriana at it’s best in this wonderful blouse. Love the prettiness of this, imagine teaming with distressed skinnies and biker boots to subvert the whole look. This blouse is also available in Ivory and Soft Pink.

This dress is unbelievable value for just £17. The jewelled shoulders make this very dressy. I like the Midnight blue version, but this also comes in grey marl and classic black.

The Saffron colour is amazing. Nuff said.

A denim shirt seems to be a must have in every celebs wardrobe, from Diane Kruger to Alexa Chung. This one is a steal at £17.

This red lace sweater is a versatile piece that would look equally great with a pencil skirt as it would with jeans.

Jessica Alba has been showing how beautiful tulle skirts can be for daytime, this lined flock skirt is just gorgeous.

Love this lace dress. Add a battered leather and spiked heels for a 1980s retro look.

I love the idea of a leather skirt with a very ladylike blouse – rock and roll style teamed with Downton Abbey!
