My Selfridges Wish List
You know how it is. You see what you would love your other (better?) half to give you on December 25th. You drop all the hints, leave the magazines and catalogues open at the appropriate page, pause and rewind the advert when it comes on the TV, and then, on December 25th you rip open that parcel, and sigh at the fluffy slippers, or the oh so practical food mixer, or even (heaven forbid) Dyson that has appeared in your stocking.
If any of the above sounds familiar, and fills you with dread, Selfridges may have the answer you have been looking for. You can create the simplest of wish lists using their website. It is so easy to use and create. You click on the icon of the love heart that sits next to the item that you love, and it is then added to your wishlist and saved for later.
I’ve been adding lovely items to my wishlist, keeping all the total gorgeousness in one place. Here are some of the pieces that I can lust over because at Christmas time, the least a lady can do is dream as she wraps up the Playmobil and the Star Wars.
Shoes
Bags
Markus Lupfer Knits
Beauty
Accessories
So that is my list, 12 items, one for each of the 12 days of Christmas. What would you put on your ultimate Christmas wishlist…and no, neither Ryan Gosling or George Clooney are available!

I LOL’d at your “(heaven forbid) a Dyson” comment. I’d BUZZ off of a Dyson, am I sad?!

I know a friend it happened to. She was hoping for a designer bag…LOL!

I bought some grey leather gloves exactly like that about 15 years ago. They’re still wonderful. I like the idea of compiling a clickable wish list. It would make it easy for your husband to buy you something you really want.

That is one fabulous wishlist! I know it’s sad but a Kitchenaid would be at the top of mine!
