Outfit post – January Review
I always think January is a strange month, the long comedown after the excitement of Christmas. My January consisted of trying to catch up with blogs after the break I decided to take over Christmas, and also attending events as the social calender started to take off again. This post is a bit of a mix of some of the outfits I wore for both casual and more formal occasions during the start to the year. You will see some ever presents in the images. The yellow coat is my absolute fave at the moment, one of my Christsmas presents that cost just £25 from Primark and is already heading…

Finding Online Bespoke deals and discounts
Unlike the High Street, where sales tend to be seasonal (and often full of rubbish and damaged goods to be honest) there always seems to be a decent sale or discount offer happening somewhere on the internet. Top High Street Stores offer huge savings and one day promotions where you can grab yourself a bargain, but you have to know what is happening and when, as these are often limited to just a few days. That is why Barclaycard Bespoke Offers is a great site to bookmark and join. Bespoke offers is a new service from Barclaycard where you can find offers that are bespoke for you. You don’t need…

Friday Shopping – A bargain buy special
It’s almost Christmas, and so, true to form, I’m feeling rough. And for once, this has nothing to do with all the festive spirits on offer at numerous events. No this time it is due to a cold and a throat and chest infection I’ve been trying to fight off, unsuccessfully, all this week. And so, today’s post is short on words as my bed is once again calling me, and I am, for the umpteenth time this week, blogging in very warm, but sartorially challenged fluffy pyjamas. But fear not. Because what this blog lacks in words, it more than makes up in fashion, and, more importantly, as…

M&S – Picks from the Press Day and seasonal treats for Christmas
The Marks and Spencer press day has become one of the key events when looking towards a new season on fashion. Held at the beautiful No1 Marylebone, this is always an event not to be missed, one that promises to be full of the designs you will be wearing next season. The Spring/Summer event took place a couple of weeks ago and I was lucky enough to be sent an invitation. The ranges were organised under evocative titles, ‘White Out’ offered crisp, clean, minimal lines in the colour that is always most perfect for accompanying a suntan in Summer. I loved the Charlotte Rampling inspiration of the white trouser suit,…

Easter Sales – some of my top picks from Next, M&S and Mothercare
With Easter comes those mid-season sales, although it is hard to think we are actually in the new season at the moment, with the wintry blasts still ruling the weather fronts, and winter woolies the items we are all grabbing from our wardrobes. But in many ways, the weather makes it the ideal time to grab for some bargains. There are some great bargains from last season out there that are still perfect with the inclement conditions we are experiencing, whilst there are also some great new season colours and picks that you can buy now and wear later. With Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis all having flash sales, there…
