Jessica Alba: Perfect Maternity Style
It has certainly been the year of the bump, from Victoria Beckham to Danielle Lloyd via Selma Blair, Lily Allen and Kate Hudson, it’s seemed like everyone is pregnant. But my nomination for best dressed bump has to be Jessica Alba. She seems to have looked effortlessly stylish throughout her pregnancy, adopting a series of maxi dresses and skirts, pretty cotton sundresses, and customised Diane Von Furstenberg brights in order to remain supremely fashionable throughout her term. Dressing stylishly isn’t always easy when you’re pregnant, swelling boobs and ankles, and the effect of a beach ball under your dress means that you seriously have to adapt from your normal style,…

Why I hope that Harper Seven Beckham isn’t the new Suri Cruise.
The first thing I tweeted on hearing about the birth of Harper Seven Beckham was that Suri Cruise now faced some serious competition. I regretted this almost instantly. Because of all the things I wish for that much longed for little girl, being another Suri Cruise isn’t one of them. Suri Cruise, let me refresh your memory. According to Glamour readers, she is the 21st best dressed women in the world in 2011 (shame on anyone who voted for her!). Why the X Factor needs to back off Tulisa.
It’s the funniest news story of the fashion day, the news that new X Factor judge Tulisa is going to be given a £70,oo0 makeover because producers are worried that she is too chavvy! It’s had me in bits most of the day but also set me thinking, DID THE PRODUCERS NOT LOOK AT PICTURES OF TULISA BEFORE THEY GAVE HER THE JOB? Tulisa is chavvy, but this has always been her style. She is an urban artist with the band NDubz, working with her cousin Dappy, a man never seen without some sort of woolly hat. Who exactly did the idiots at X Factor think NDubz were – a…

CDFA Awards The Fashion Oscars never fails to impress with its fashion forward looks, as only to be expected on one of the industries most important nights. Here are my pick of the most stylish stars. Jessica Alba shows Cheryl Cole exactly how to do colour blocking in Diane Von Furstenberg. Pregnant and absolutely glowing, she cleverly sticks to just two colours, rather than…

Phillip Treacy – Mad hatter or Millinery Genius?
If there was one person who faced criticism in the aftermath of the Royal Wedding, it was Philip Treacy. The Milliner to the stars created almost 40 hats and fascinators for the occasion, with some being better received than others. And none were ridiculed more than the creations worn by the Royal Princesses, Beatrice and Eugenie. Poor Beatrice’s hat has been compared to everything from an upturned toilet seat to a Telletubby, even gaining its own Facebook page, ‘Princess Beatrice’s ridiculous hat page. Beatrice is a big fan of Treacy, and has worn his creations in the past, often with the same ridicule, like when she wore the unusual butterfly…
