AX Paris for a night at the Dinosaurs
You may have noticed that each month I bring you a review of an item from the great plus size range from AX Paris, AX Curve. When I was first approached by AX Paris I was a little unsure about reviewing items from the range, I loved the collection, but wondered whether it would prove to be a little too young for me. I couldn’t have been further from the truth. AX Curve has proved to be gorgeous quality, totally wearable, and something that is versatile enough to span across the age groups. I have become a huge fan. The item I chose to review this month was the long…

Celebrity Get the look weekend special featuring Made in Chelsea, Lucy Kite and Holly Willoughby
With the weekend just beginning, I thought now was a great time to show you a few of the celebrity style spots I’ve made over the week. And this week there seems to be a huge focus on dresses – everyone seems to be sporting this most feminine of garments at the moment, whilst of course stamping their own inimitable style on their choice. For starters we have some of the Stars of Made in Chelsea, which returned to our screens this week. Gabriella Ellis, Cheska Hull and Millie Mackintosh have all been seen out and about sporting dresses from the cult label In Love with Fashion, my favourite being…

Barbara Hulanicki for George – latest drop
I always get excited about a drop from the legendary designer Barbara Hulanicki for George at Asda, finding hard to believe that Barbara brings all that amazing expertise and iconic print styles to a supermarket for such amazing prices. The latest range is now available in stores and online, and it is another corker. Concentrating this time on a palette of grey, cream, red and classic black, Barbara has mixed prints that have a late 60s paisley style with some plain items that could easily become wardrobe staples. Key picks? For me, the cape sleeve little black dress is just gorgeous, and totally belies its £18 price tag, whilst the…

Wallis Bloggers Day – Summer Sunshine Style
I spent a very pleasant Tuesday afternoon in the company of some very lovely bloggers and the fabulous ladies from Wallis PR at a special Wallis Spring/Summer blogger event. With Prosecco, cake pops and delicious sandwiches provided, as well as a fashion feast in the form of the Wallis Spring/Summer Collection, this had promised to be a really lovely event – and it lived up to all expectations. One of the nicest things about bloggers events at Arcadia is that you actually have the opportunity to try on lots of the new ranges to really look at sizing, shape, and just how they generally look on women who are not…

Lulu Guinness launches new collection for Uniqlo
Lulu Guinness has launched her latest collection for High Street brand Uniqlo. After the success of the her first collection for the store, it was obvious that the new collection would be the cause of much excitement, and now it is finally here. The Lulu Guinness for Uniqlo collection combines Lulu’s iconic and inimitable designs in t-shirt form, creating a collection of totally adorable tops that are just perfect for Spring. The designs take in Lulu’s well known symbols, the dollface, the ‘LG’ logo, the cupids bow lips, and the pretty lidded eyes with those long, long lashes. These symbols make the collection very feminine and very fun, and will…
