Creating A Wardrobe For Children – Cheap or Designer?
When it comes to dressing the little ones, sometimes it can be hard to know what to purchase. Do you opt for something cheap and cheerful or something that is more expensive and fashionable? Many parents are divided on the topic of childrenswear and whether or not you should splash the cash or save the pennies. The Legacy of Lilly Pulitzer
The amazing Lilly Pulitzer died yesterday at the age of 81. This Friday I’m bringing a little sunshine into the mix with the fabulous heritage collection from Monsoon. With the store celebrating its 40th birthday (in the year my husband does the same), Monsoon has decided to delve into their illustrious archives to bring us a little bit of seventies boho, global traveller style chic. This result is a gorgeous range of cotton and cheesecloth style separates and dresses that hark back to those hazy days of summer summed up so beautifully through the misty lens of ‘The Virgin Suicides’ (one of those movies that just charm and hypnotise in equal measures) and Kate Winslet’s wardrobe in Hideous Kinky, seventies maxi…
