A Kate Middleton Week – Part 2
A few days later than planned, here is the second part of my Kate Middleton weekly round-up. Kate’s final two outfits of her busy week showed both her formal, and her casual style. First up is Kate in familiar style by a familiar designer. For her first trip to Scotland since becoming Countess of Strathearn, Kate opted for a very pretty, classic coat dress by another designer who is proving to be quite a favourite with the Duchess, Emilia Wickstead. This 1950s look is becoming a bit of a trademark for the Duchess, with the nipped in waistband and full skirt, but I must admit what I loved most about…

A Kate Middleton Week – Pt 1
What does an average week entail to you? Work, a few drinks at the weekend, a family meal. If you’re me this week it entails Jedward, Total Wipeout and pear cider, but this is my holiday time. If you’re the Duchess of Cambridge it entails Wimbledon, a wedding, a trip to Scotland, and more Wimbledon. And of course she does all of this in totally glamorous style, wearing a bit of McQueen, a touch of Emilia Wickstead, and some Beulah London. An evening with Amanda Wakeley
A few weeks ago I was invited to one of the most exciting experiences of my life, the chance to meet a real fashion legend, a woman whose designs have been worn by the likes of Diana, Princess of Wales and Kate Middleton, and whose career is full of amazing highs and horrifying lows, the fabulous Amanda Wakeley. I was invited by Fiona Gandy from the digital media agency 7thingsmedia, along with a small group of bloggers to spend an evening with Amanda at her flagship store on the Fulham Road, London. On arrival we were greeted with Pink Champagne and canapés, and had chance to marvel at the beautiful…

Celeb style update featuring Whitney Port, Pippa Middleton and Tulisa
I thought I’d end the month with a few more obtainable styles from some fashionable celebrities. This seems to have been a bumper month for celebs hitting the same shops and websites as you and me. From Lana del Rey wearing River Island as she wowed the crowd at Lovebox, to Whitney Port looking just beautiful in French Connection in a series of press shots, the stars are showing that there is nothing more glamorous than looking a million dollars when you haven’t even spent a million cents. Other stars to grace the high street include TOWIE girl Jess Wright in Gorgeous Couture, Corrie star Catherine Tyldesley in yet another…

An Amazing Launch for the Lisa Blue Whale Tail Charity Bracelet
Australian swimwear brand Lisa Blue Swim has long been an active supporter of conservation of whales and dolphins, and continued that support last week with the launch of the charity bracelet with the distinctive whaletail. This was a typically glamorous event, organised and coordinated by the fabulous CiCi Pr, and held at The Kings Road Sporting club. Tamara Ecclestone and Lisa Blue model’S Georgia Horsley and Charlotte Atkinson were the star turns earlier in the day for a national press photocall at The Kings Road Sporting Club. The gorgeous trio promoted the launch of Lisa Blue collections to the UK, and the sale of the charity bracelet, which costs just…
