February Outfit Post
Last Month was a pretty dreadful month for my family, if all truth be told. My little boy had an operation which went wrong and led to a stay in hospital. He was then taken seriously ill again after infection took a hold, and we were honestly in danger of losing him. I spent large portions of last month in hospital with Joe, or dressed in pjs as we caught up on sleep and had cosy days at home. So this post is based on the times I did get out and about, to do reviews and to see family. Once again, I have been picking up bits in the…

Mother’s Day Ideas from this works
If you ask me, every day should be Mother’s Day, but this year the official day to treat all moms and mother figures is March 6th, which just happens to be this Sunday (and also my dad’s birthday too so there goes my bank balance.) It’s March – let’s update that Spring Wardrobe
It’s the 1st of March, and for me at least, that officially means that Winter is almost over and we can start to think about Spring, and, more importantly Spring Fashion. Here are a few of my…

Reviewed – Navy Lace Dress from Lavitta
I love discovering new places to shop and find clothes that are designed with ‘women’ in mind. By this I mean clothes that look great on the hanger, but also have an appeal that is both stylish and practical. Dresses of decent length, with sleeves, in stretchy fabrics that move when you do, and in a range of colours that are not limited to black, black and more black. Lavitta is just one such label. Lavitta is ‘an exclusive online shop where fashion fits and flatters, and style and quality go hand in hand.’ Coming in a range of sizes that ranges from 12-24, it covers all aspects of fashion,…

Reviewed – The Feathered Beauty Scarf
With the rise of the blogger as come the rise in the blogger online store. Many bloggers these days run online shops alongside their blogs, selling items like costume jewellery and scarves that offer a real stylish alternative to items sold on the High Street. Blogger stores often offer unique items at reasonable prices, and with the extra special touch of being beautifully packaged, making them a great gift idea. One of the nicest blogger shops is the one run by Becky, The Lifestyle Blogger UK which is a great place to pick up a treat for yourself, or a gift for a loved one. Becky recently sent me a…
