The Rock chick – A style classic.
Kate Moss has long been a rock and roll queen. She has cultivated the friendships of music stars, from Beth Ditto and Ronnie Wood, to Oasis and the Osbourne’s. She had a long-standing, stormy relationship with Pete Doherty, the drug addled, but charismatic front man of the iconic band The Libertines, and formed a habit of performing star karaoke whenever an opportunity arose. During her time with Pete she was often found performing backing vocal for Babyshambles during the song La Belle et la Bete, and had a songwriting credit on the CD Shotters Nation. She then married rocker Jamie Hince of The Kills. Like all the great…

The yellow peril – colour of the season?
When I am asked my favourite colour I say, with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever, “YELLOW”. It has been my favourite forever, and this season, it seems to be having a bit of a moment, at least according to the bible that is Vogue. When I think of yellow, I think of some of my favourite ever dresses. I wore a gorgeous cotton sundress in canary yellow whilst I was four months pregnant to walk around Barcelona in the sunshine, it seemed the perfect choice. I had a favourite pair of ASOS sky-high Mary Janes in patent mustard that I was wearing when I fell out of hubbys car – breaking…

1920s style – The flapper look.
Way back in 2011, when Jamie Hince presented Kate Moss with a beautiful engagement ring, that ring was a replica of the ring that F Scott Fitzgerald presented to the ultimate flapper, and early example of a wild child Zelda Sayre in 1920. Kate Moss is said to be fascinated both Scott and Zelda, and all things 1920s. Her infamous 30th birthday party was entitled ‘The Beautiful and the Damned‘ after one of Scott’s most famous books. Kate has long been a fan of 1920s styled fashions, these suit her boyish frame and she has been loyal to them since her Johnny Depp days, revisiting the look immortalised by the…

The Best Thing About Autumn Is The Trench Coat
What’s the best thing about Autumn? Is it the leaves turning a lovely shade of gold as they fall from the trees? Maybe it’s the crisp Autumn mornings? The chance of an Indian Summer? For me, it is none of those things. The best single thing about Summer turning to Autumn is the chance to wear a trench coat. Of all the coats, jackets, cardigans and cover ups that we wear, the classic trench coat is the most iconic. It works in any shade, can be worn with the belt fastened neatly, or tied jauntily, and is just as good as a short jacket as it is in the classic…

Six great ways to accessorise this Summer
I love summer. Who doesn’t? But I have to admit that I hate the rat race. There is so much to do and not enough time to do it before the sun comes, and the worst thing that can happen is to not be ready. When it comes to hitting the beach in a bikini I´d need to hit a gym months in advance. The thought of all those perfectly toned girls sitting next to me is enough to make me shiver (as I reach for another ice cream though…). But, getting ready for the summer doesn’t have to be difficult, especially when you´re letting your clothes do the talking! In fact,…
