Like most people, I only watched one programme on the tv last night. The long running horror story that played put before our eyes on Sky News, as a mundane Monday night turned into some sort of Armageddon. I watched with horror as mindless, violent yobs tore through city centres with violence, destruction and theft on their minds. The self-styled Rock & Roll Cobbler is celebrating 50 years in the business with a special pop-up exhibition in London’s Selfridges. Terry Di Haviland is a shoe genius, designing those iconic platform wedges worn by the likes of Kate Moss, Sienna Miller and Cheryl Cole, so I popped along to Selfridges yesterday to look at some of those iconic designs. The excitement level is growing by the day, in just over seven days I am going to Buckingham Palace to view THAT dress! That glorious Sarah Burton creation that made us all gasp at its beauty on the April day. Yes, Fashion-Mommy is off to see the Duchess of Cambridge‘s wedding dress.
