Wallis Autumn/Winter collection – Up close and personal.
Last week I was fortunate enough to be invited to a very special press day for one of my favourite High Street stores. But come Winter, the choice of what to wear for a Winter Wedding is not so simple. The weather of course is cooler, meaning that a coat may have to be worn…

Boden’s 1960s Winter – Love!
This season, it seems like Boden is taking us on a journey to the 1960s, British style. I can’t help but look at the new collection and be transferred to the time of Marianne Faithfull, Georgy Girl, Jean Shrimpton and Julie Christie. This is the 1960s of Kitchen Sink drama’s and gritty realism, tweeds and shift dresses, a time when Mary Quant ruled and every button was huge! Boden has taken a raft of those classic cuts, the simple shift dress, the collared tunic designed to be worn as a sexy mini, and those patent shoes with the just high enough heel to enable you to dance the night away.…
