Spooky fashion treats for Halloween
The witching hour is almost upon us. For me, nothing says that winter is almost here more than the arrival of Halloween. And whether you spend the spookiest night of the year in front of a cosy fire, take to the streets trick or treating, or rock the night away at a costume party, there is still something magical about the night when the witches, ghosts and goblins rule. Fashion has always had an obsession with all that is dark and gothic. With the rise of the vampire franchise Twilight and television hits ‘The Vampire Diaries‘ and ‘True Blood’, it has never been a better time to embrace your inner…

Style Icon – Diane Kruger
Diane Kruger was meant to be my style icon for May after her impeccable Cannes wardrobe, but due to a long Whitsun holiday, it felt like it was too late to focus on Diane’ s May style so far into June. However, a fashion focus on one of the world’s best dressed women was long overdue, so I’ve decided to feature Diane’s lustworthy wardrobe as a mid month treat. Diane is actually a very talented actress, but if we’re being honest, it’s her wardrobe that really takes our attention. That, and the rather gorgeous Pacey from Dawson’s Creek who she is able to dangle on her arm, ensuring that she…

I was part of a very special bloggers evening at Selfridges, Birmingham on Thursday evening. After enjoying a quick slide show highlighting some of the Spring/Summer trends that I will go into in further detail over the festive period, along with sumptuous glasses of champers, we were treated to a special…

Kelly and Tulisa – The great X Factor Fashion Parade so far.
Well, we are now two weeks into the live shows, which means a grand total of four showstopping outfits for the female judges Kelly Rowland and Tulisa. And, as the fashion parade of Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole was one of the definite highlights of previous series, sometimes upstaging the music, I thought I would cast my eyes over what the girls have been wearing so far. Week 1 Tulisa stepped out for her first live show wearing a form-fitting Herve Leger dress in a nude shade. This bondage style dress did suit Tulisa, but it frankly left me a bit cold. It would’ve been nice if Tulisa could’ve moved…
