As regular readers of this blog know, I am a huge fan of Charity Shops. I love the fact that you can find a bargain, sometimes brand new with tags, sometimes a vintage treasure, and that you can pick it up for very little money. I also love the fact that buying your item means that you are contributing to one of the many goodwill causes that need a little extra help at this time of year. Smiggle opens in the Bullring
Last week I was invited to the opening of a fabulous new store in Birmingham’s Bullring. Smiggle is a stationery store that promises to bring fun, choice and must have pieces to any school bag. (think Paperchase with a younger target audience). The store is sure to be a haven for youngsters and teens, as well as a nostalgia trip for any adults who used to collect rubbers and key rings when they were younger. I am in the opinion that every Christmas stocking should contain at least one book.
