Spooky fashion treats for Halloween
The witching hour is almost upon us. For me, nothing says that winter is almost here more than the arrival of Halloween. And whether you spend the spookiest night of the year in front of a cosy fire, take to the streets trick or treating, or rock the night away at a costume party, there is still something magical about the night when the witches, ghosts and goblins rule. Fashion has always had an obsession with all that is dark and gothic. With the rise of the vampire franchise Twilight and television hits ‘The Vampire Diaries‘ and ‘True Blood’, it has never been a better time to embrace your inner…

Reviewed – Heat Holders – A total wonder sock!
I have discovered my first Christmas stocking filler that I am going to get for all the men in my life (hubby, dad, brother etc for those who were beginning to wonder..). This is a product that is both practical and affordable, but feels like one of life’s little luxuries. Let me introduce you to the Heat Holders socks. ‘Enchanted – The Show’ at The Bullring
I took my front row seat last Saturday to watch Enchanted and was blown away by a very grown up fairy tale. ‘Enchanted’ was the Bullring’s major contribution to this year’s Style Birmingham, and it was a truly stunning spectacle. A baroque fairytale filled with gothic glamour and acres of brocade, sparkle and lace, ‘Enchanted’ was a truly, well, enchanting show that showcased piece after beautiful piece from the major Bullring stores. And with the gorgeous Lydia Bright presenting, and some pretty amazing hair styles enhanced by a range of eye-catching lace wigs, this proved to be a show that will stay in the mind for a long time to…
