Festival fashion with a difference from Coachella
Coachella is that festival that will all wish we could go to. Taking place every year, it is the festival that the celebrity fashionista’s love, the one with the glorious weather, the one with no mud, the one where you can actually wear white. It combines sunshine, music, great clothes, pool parties, celebrity launches and lots of glamour. Yes, it is the one festival you can enjoy even if you hate tents!
I have been looking at all the outfits from this year’s festival and have chosen my favourite looks. Admittedly, some of these looks were seen at the events that surround Coachella – I doubt very much that Dita’s Art Deco inspired look even had a sniff of a band, and there are no Kendall Jenner looks either. The person who, for me, dominates the best dressed parade from Coachella this year has to be Alexa Chung, who shows that this year’s 70s trend translates so well into stylish and unique festival wear, and is about more than suede skirts and fringes.
