Reviewed – Clarks Aldwych Wood Boots at Cloggs
Since it was founded in 1979. Cloggs has been a great place to find branded shoes and boots at really great prices. Currently it has a fabulous range of shoes for men, women and children from the likes of Fitflop, Birkenstocks, Converse, Joules and, my personal favourite, a range from Clarks that includes shoes from the iconic Clarks Originals. Recently Cloggs got in touch to see if I would be interested in a review post, and of course, the brand I was drawn to immediately was Clarks. The Clarks Aldwych Boots are truly the best of both worlds. I have an addiction to suede boots, always buying suede when I…

Fashion Focus – Ankle Boots
In my humble opinion, a good pair of ankle boots, especially one with some sort of heel, is the most versatile footwear in your wardrobe, and one you should not be without when putting together any sort of capsule wardrobe. They can be worn as an everyday staple under jeans and trousers, and, if you opt for leather, they will also be all weather proof. I don’t mind admitting that, when Winter really sets in, I live in ankle boots. Currently my hero…

Treat your feet and grab a Clarks bargain
Ever since I was a small girl, I’ve had a thing about Clarks shoes. From those early days of funny foot measuring machines and leather t-bars that had to last the whole school year (stop growing feet! please!), to the day when I rediscovered Clarks and realised how cool and trendy the Mary Janes, Desert boots and ballerina flats had been all along, Clarks is a shop that has a special, shoe-shaped place in my heart. And, as we slip further through Autumn, and nearer and nearer to Winter, Clarks are again spoiling us with a range of sales and discounts that make it positively rude not to indulge your…

Dover Saddlery – The Perfect Riding Boots
One of the most versatile style of boots has to be the traditional riding boot. A style that transcends the space between practical and fashionable, this sort of boot is perfect for a whole lot of different looks and occasions. Worn over skinny jeans, these are great every day footwear that look great with shirts and blazers for the English heritage, Equestrian look. Worn under midi length winter skirts, you get a cool 1970s look reminiscent of Faye Dunaway and Cybil Shepherd in their fashion Icon heyday. These are the sort of boots that defy categorisation, and so become a wardrobe must-have. Celebs wearing Riding boots Celebrities have been quick…

Reviewed – Clarks Nessa Clare Boots
Like a lot of ladies who enjoyed some sport when they were younger, I have rather large calf muscles, which makes buying calf length and knee High boots a challenge. So when I was asked to review a pair of boots from Clarks, I immediately opted for a pair from the K range, which have wider E fittings and a wider leg fitting. The boots I chose were the gorgeous Nessa Clare in black patent. These are a classic riding style boot with a practical flat heel that makes them perfect for everyday use. The black patent finish also gives them a slightly dressier feel, as does the striking ankle…
