Made in Chelsea – Millie Mackintosh style.
I love Millie Mackintosh! She is the super stylish, gorgeous golden girl from Made In Chelsea who recently had her heart-broken by the cheating idiot that is Hugo. (Who, for some reason, reminds me of Neil from the Inbetweeners…but that’s probably for another blog. Why anyone could cheat on Millie is beyond me. As well as being super sweet, she is also gloriously pretty and always looks groomed and glamorous. Millie is definitely an uptown girl. Whilst friend Caggie has a slightly boho feel to her wardrobe, Millie has a more tailored style. There is something about Millie that resembles a Californian Roller Girl a la Heather Graham. With a…

Made in Chelsea – Cheska Hull style
There are lots of debates raging around which is the best docu-soap on TV at the moment. Is the ‘The only way is Essex’ complete with fake tans, fake boobs and the worst fake acting ever, or is it ‘Made in Chelsea’, the posh version of Essex, where all the characters have strange names that sound like something you would call a gerbil and hedge funds? In my eyes there is no competition. I’m totally addicted to Made in Chelsea, and in particular, to the style of a trio of ultra- gorgeous girls, the incomparably named Caggie Dunlop, Cheska Hull and Millie Mackintosh. These girls now how to mix their…

Pippa Middleton attempts lumberjack chic…with mixed results.
It seems that not a day passes when we are not treated to another look from the bulging Pippa Middleton wardrobe. And whether she channels casual styling or chic workwear, there are always covetable items that I would like to add to my own wardrobe. But sometimes Pippa makes fashion mistakes, just like the rest of us, and maybe her attempt at grunge style lumberjack chic was just that. This was an outfit that made me smile…and then frown. I loved the Zara lumberjack shirt, I used to wear a red plaid one very similar to this in my grungy days, and the skinnies also look great on Pippa’s slim…

The Designer Vintage Wedding show returned to Birmingham in style
Last weekend saw the return of the most stylish wedding show on the Calendar. The Designer Vintage Wedding Show had a new home, Edgbaston County Cricket Ground, lots of new exhibitors and a whole host of stylish brides and guests who were totally wowed with the beautiful wedding goodies on display. Throw in a host of fabulous fashion shows organised by different eras, bridal make-up tips by the wonderful Emily Jayne, and a goodie bag that included Molton Brown goodies and cake pops by ‘We are Delish‘, and you have a wonderful event. Here are some of my highlights. Cherished Jewellery that carries ‘the patina of age’, Cherished is the…

Kelly and Tulisa – The great X Factor Fashion Parade so far.
Well, we are now two weeks into the live shows, which means a grand total of four showstopping outfits for the female judges Kelly Rowland and Tulisa. And, as the fashion parade of Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole was one of the definite highlights of previous series, sometimes upstaging the music, I thought I would cast my eyes over what the girls have been wearing so far. Week 1 Tulisa stepped out for her first live show wearing a form-fitting Herve Leger dress in a nude shade. This bondage style dress did suit Tulisa, but it frankly left me a bit cold. It would’ve been nice if Tulisa could’ve moved…
