TOWIE celebrity style featuring New Look, Miss Selfridge and Simply Be
My best friend is getting married in June (so exciting!), and she has decided for a real Essex Hen night, complete with a trip to the infamous Sugar Hut. This has led to Fashion-Mommy giving the style of those TOWIE ladies a lot of consideration. And I have to say that they make some great choices when they hit the High Street. The lovely Lydia Bright, Gemma Collins and Jess Wright have all recently been pictured wearing some great High Street finds that look really good without breaking the bank. Here’s how you can get the looks for yourself. Gemma Collins wears Simply Be and Dorothy Perkins I love Gemma.…

More ways to get that Middleton look
Whilst Kate seems to be having a break after a flurry of High profile appearances, her influence on British fashion continues to flourish. I spend lots of time trawling the internet looking at new collections from High Street and Web-based companies, and seem to spend an awful lot of time saying ‘that looks like something the Duchess of Cambridge has worn’. The good news is that there are High street buys amongst the looks, as well as investment looks from very exclusive brands. Here are a few of the looks that kept me sane whilst I was parted from my laptop. Olivia Palermo is one of the best dressed ladies around, and has a…

Pistol Panties Pop Up Shop launched at Selfridges
Last week saw the launch of the Pistol Panties pop up shop in Selfridges London. Bloggers and Press were invited along for a sneak preview before the official launch, enjoying the unique experience of the huge Selfridges store with no customers. Designer Deborah Fleming was on hand to talk about the collection, and a gorgeous carousel style Unicorn took pride of place in the centre of the swimwear, adding a psychedelic and slightly surreal atmosphere to the proceedings. Pistol Panties latest swimwear collection has been inspired by the 1960s Raquel Welch Western Bandelero. Designer Deborah Fleming grew up surrounded by brothers who loved to watch such films on Saturday afternoons.…
